Terms & Conditions

Bookings & deposits

Your date is held once checkout completes. Peak-season Saturdays require a 25% deposit; the balance is due seven days before your event. Weekday orders are charged in full at booking.

Delivery & pickup

We deliver Monday to Thursday between 9 am and 4 pm and schedule arrival within 24 hours of your event. Standard pickup happens the next business day; weekends are return-only. Please confirm truck access and load-in windows with your venue before event day.

Damages & loss

Normal wear is always on us. Lost or badly damaged items are billed at the replacement fee listed on your rental agreement. Most hosts never pay beyond the rental itself.

Cancellations

Cancel more than 14 days out for a full refund of your deposit. Inside 14 days we convert your payment to event credit, good for twelve months. Weather-related outdoor cancellations are always handled case by case — call us early.

Care of rentals

Keep candles away from linens and florals, shield paper goods from rain, and leave breakdown to our crew. If something breaks mid-event, tell us — we carry spares for the pieces that matter most.
